If you have a standard monitor you can eliminate the horizontal sliding bar by changing the resolution of your monitor screen. The fastest and easiest way is to right click on a blank area of your desktop, left click on Settings and increase your screen area to 1024 x 768 . If your computer won't let you go that high, go at least to 800 x 600 to eliminate most of the bar.
